Clinical Trials Video –Participants Wanted!
We are looking for survivors who have participated in a cancer clinical trial to be featured in an education video about clinical trials. In this video, the survivor will be interviewed on camera about their experience participating in a clinical trial. The video will be recorded at the Detroit Main Campus of Karmanos Cancer Institute and will take approximately one-hour. HPV Focus Group
Do you have concerns about the HPV vaccine? We want to hear from you. We are looking for parents who either refused or delayed the HPV vaccine in Oakland County for their age eligible adolescent. Participate in a single, up to 2-hour, research focus group discussion. Seeking New Cancer Action Council Members
The Office of Cancer Health Equity and Community Engagement and Michigan Cancer HealthLink are seeking new Cancer Action Council members. Cancer Actions Councils (CACs) are groups made up of community members and representatives from community-based organizations who apply their knowledge about local cancer issues to improving the lives of cancer patients, survivors, and care givers through research in their communities.
